Describing what is happening now - exercise and fitness (Part 1/2)

In this lesson, we will use the present continous with -ar verbs to describe what is happening now, talking about the topic of exercise and fitness. We will also revisit how to use 'deber' plus the infinitive to talk about what someone must do.
