Exploring puberty

In this lesson, we will re-cap the signs of puberty in both boys and girls, look at some key definitions relating to these changes, and try to understand more about the function and appearance of our reproductive organs as we become teenagers. If these issues are sensitive to you, we recommend checking with a trusted adult before starting or doing the lesson with a trusted adult nearby.
