How well has digital democracy worked in other countries?

This lesson considers how different digital technologies can be used to develop digital democracy in the UK. Two case studies are considered as part of this; virtual Taiwan and electronic Estonia. Advantages and disadvantages of methods used within these case studies are evaluated and their application in the UK considered in relation to different groups within society.
