Menstrual health: understanding periods
In this lesson, we will learn about what constitutes a ‘heavy’ period and why this can happen. We will also learn that sometimes periods can also be painful, and we will explore options to help cope with this. If these issues are sensitive to you, we recommend checking with a trusted adult before starting or doing the lesson with a trusted adult nearby.
