More Social Play

During social play children develop their ability to interact with one another, wait and take turns, and expand their use of language so that they can negotiate, reflect, plan, and problem solve. All of these skills are essential when making friends and managing ourselves in the social world. This lesson aims to extend social play and support the development of cooperative play. Activities and strategies are included to support the child's development.
