Sexual consent and capacity to consent
This lesson covers the laws regarding sexual consent and what statutory rape is. We will also learn about the freedom and capacity to consent. This lesson is intended for learners in Year 10+, aged 14+. It forms part of the sex education curriculum within RSHE, of which parents can 'opt out' for their child. Please check with your parent or carer before continuing the lesson.
