What is a refugee?

In this lesson, we will be learning about what a refugee is and why some people are refugees. We will be looking at the case study of Syrian refugees to understand the push factors that led them to leave their country. If any of these issues are a sensitive topic to you, we recommend checking with a trusted adult before starting or doing the lesson with a trusted adult nearby.
