In this lesson we will understand how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We will look closely at physical activity, rest, healthy eating and dental health. We will identify the benefits of these areas. Finally, you will create a video to instruct people in one of these areas.

Health hero!

In this lesson we understand the importance of maintaining personal hygiene. We will identify what personal hygiene is, understand the importance of handwashing and complete an experiment!

Healthy hands are happy hands

In this lesson we will identify some diseases, learn how they spread and how we can help to stop the spread. Finally, you will create a poster showing one of the ways you have learnt to stop the spread.

Catch it, bin it, kill it!

In this lesson we will identify some medicines and household products, understand how to be safe around medicines and recognise some signs and symbols. Finally, you will design packaging for a medicine or household product with safety tips.
